I am passionate about education.  I believe that imagination and creativity need to be given a higher priority in schooling and that only a transformation of how children are educated will provide the innovation needed in 21st century business.

Experience of teacher training and development and of success in making change possible in business have lead me to frequently pose the question 'What else?'

This blog is my attempt to answer the questions - What else for business? What else for schools? What else for someone with a passion?  What else for someone with talent?

Today Malcolm Turnbull announced changes to the process of obtaining Australian Citizenship, including a test meant to show an applicant is willing to adhere to ‘Australian Values’. Trust - the foundation of success

“Nothing succeeds like success” We all know this old proverb - originally coined by Sir Arthur Helps in his 1868 book Realmah . He implies that success leads to opportunities for more and greater successes.   But what does success look like?   In particular, what does a successful customer relationship look like? What does a successful employee experience look like? What does successful stakeholder involvement look like? Let’s start with the customer.
